The
Steinway Society
of Western Pennsylvania
About The Society
The Steinway Society of Western
Pennsylvania is an organization committed to encouraging young students
and the general public to enjoy and appreciate the music of the piano.
The Society follows the tradition, established by the founders of the Steinway
& Sons Piano Company, of providing a showcase for pianists and other
musicians to meet and perform for the public and for each other.
Each year, the Steinway Society of Western Pennsylvania presents a series
of concerts by distinguished pianists and promising young pianists.
These concerts are free and open to the public.
